Our rates are based mostly on the space items take in our truck. We have two simple systems of pricing for the removal of items.
On average, each large items, such as a couch, or mattress, carries a fee of $100. Adding a 2nd large item will allow us to give you a discount of up to 50% of the total rate for both items. Having more than 2-3 large items will give a greater discount.

For most clients, we designate a 2-hour window of arrival. If you wish, we can give you a call prior to our arrival when we are close by. This way you can utilize your time better.
Once we are on your property, we will begin sorting and remove your unwanted items. We do all the work!
We follow all recycling regulations. All the recyclable materials are taken to the appropriate facilities in Vancouver and the North Shore.

Furniture and other items that are in good condition will be donated to charities. We take most of these items to Value Village and Salvation Army. It is adding to our labour effort, but we save on the disposal fees, and we get the satisfaction of finding a new home for items that have not reached the end of their lives.
